Return Policy
Of course we want you to be completely satisfied with your Skatetape.com purchase.
- Any defective items returned postpaid within 30 days of receipt will be exchanged for the identical or correct title if still in print.
- Out-of-print titles found to be defective may be returned for store credit (less shipping & handling).
- Mis-shipped titles may be returned for the correct title if returned unopened (shrink wrap intact).
- Orders that are refused or canceled for any reason after they have been shipped are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Before returning any item, please call 800-USA-1996 for a Return Authorization Number and address.
Items returned without a RNA# clearly marked on the front of the box will be refused.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Discounts and Coupons cannot be used on a previously placed order. If you forget to apply a coupon or have difficulty applying a coupon, you must contact Skatetape.com at info@skatetape.com or by phone at 800-872-1996 within 24 hours of placing your order. All other requests to apply a discount after the order has been submitted will be rejected. No Exceptions.
